It also provides you option to clean the data from your PC more securely so that they could not be recovered.
Free Internet Window Washer allows you to erase Window's temp folders, run history, search history, open/save history, recent documents, your browser's cache, cookies, history, visited URLs, typed URLs, autocomplete memory, index.dat files. You can also easily erase the tracks of up to 100 popular applications. Version 1.6 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
What's new in this version:
- Boss key to hide the newest version of Mozilla Firefox.
- Add a hint to close Mozilla Firefox before washing them. Version 1.5 can not clear history of Mozilla Firefox if it is still running.

Version: Free Internet Window Washer 1.6
Pros: Shopped download.com for free privacy software. Wanted simple, reliable solution to erase in one button solution. I had been doing the task manually and was tried of doing each step. Compared this software to Free Internet Eraser 2.1 and Absolute Shield Internet Eraser 2.61 based on number of downloads, user and editor's ratings. I wanted safety in numbers and to read other's comments. Download and installation worked very quickly [Windows XP system with cable modem]. After download was prompted to register product, but couldn't find the powered by: and registration code number: to enter so I skipped registration for now. In just a few moments I setup what items to erase and quickly did a test. Everything erased as I checked right after running software. Looks like I have winner on first impressions.
