CNET Editors' review
Fotosizer offers users an opportunity to resize one or dozens of photos with a few mouse clicks. With simple instructions and great results, this is an excellent choice for users needing new pictures in a hurry.
The program should not require anyone make a trip to the Help file, but if confusion arises the file will steer you in the right direction. With only a few buttons to click, users will be resizing in minutes. First, users select a photo or an entire folder to resize by navigating through a file tree. Once chosen, users customize the output size by choosing the dimensions by pixels or percentages. Users can also choose to reverse height and width or even resize by an overall percentage. The next step is choosing an output format from a pull-down menu and choosing an output destination from a file tree. After that, users simply click a button and their files are converted in seconds. The entire process was simple and took about a minute. The program was so simple that it significantly lacked special features beyond the capability to operate in about 10 languages. A watermark option would have been great, especially in batch conversions, but it's not at all necessary.
Despite its scrawny special features, this free program performed so strongly at its primary function that we recommend it as a great choice for anyone looking to quickly resize photos.

"Did exactly what I needed it to do"

"It can resize photos in groups/Batches"
Version: Fotosizer 1.27.0.470
Pros
Simple, and easy to use.
Just select photo or the folder containing the photo(s)
customize resize options (pixel/%), rotate/color/black&white, output folder, etc...
click convertCons
The only con for me is that it doesn't have the option to keep the EXIF info of the photo (date taken, camera model used, contrast, etc...) on conversion.
Summary
Very simple to use. It does a good job of resize. However, it doesn't not keep EXIF file info. For me, the date time photo was taken info is quite important. If you want a program with same function plus option to keep EXIF, plus other features, try Fast Stone Photo Resizer.
