Publisher's description
From Ensolis :ForecastFox is an extension that brings international weather from AccuWeather.com to your Firefox web browser. You can use your US zip code or you can easily find your town or city by using the built in search tool. It is unobtrusive and lightweight, yet can be customized to display nearly as much data as the leading desktop weather programs. If you can't find what you are looking for, double-click the weather icons displayed to open the AccuWeather.com forecast for that day. A slider, similar to when popup notification for when all downloads complete, pops up from the bottom right corner of your screen when the current conditions are updated. You can even set what appears in it or disable it.
Version 0.9.3.1 is now compatible with Firefox 2.0.
CNET Editor's Note: The Download Now link will prompt a local download of the Firefox extension. To install the extension directly, open the file using your Firefox browser.

Version: ForecastFox 0.9.3.1
"The best weather extension out there!"
Pros: There are several weather extensions, but this one is easily the best. There are up to eight days worth of accurate localized forecasts off of accuweather.com , optional night forecasts, automatic refreshes, a profile manager for different locations, different skins on the website, a skin manager, a radar image, read-at-a-glance icons, standard and metric measures, and good display options like icons, text, or both. You can move it to any toolbar you want. It even can have a slide-up window in the lower right corner every _ times it refreshes, and you can set up the refresh interval. Professional, and free =)!
Cons: Can't have its own toolbar UNLESS you do this:
1. Move it to the status bar
2. Open the customize toolbar window
3. Hit 'Add New Toolbar' button
4. Name it Forecastfox Toolbar
5. With customize toolbar window still up, right-click on forecastfox in status bar, and change the display placement option drop down menu from status-bar to Forecastfox Toolbar.
6. Hit ok on both option menus and it will move to the previously empty new toolbar, giving you the Forecastfox Toolbar.

Version: ForecastFox 0.9.3.1
Pros: IF you have a weather broadcast station nearby it works well, as long as that station updates regularly. If not......
Cons: The program is buggy, it gets nasty if the Firefox version you have is not the one this version was designed for, a Firefox bug also that I believe is being worked on, it tends to crash Firefox depending on other extensions you have and while I do love the idea of this program it just doesn't do it for my area (Alaska) because of the lack of updates and i live next to an airport that updates every 15 minutes to the web.

Version: ForecastFox 0.9.3.1
Pros: ForcastFox is one of the most accurate weather checkers you are able to find. The size of the Ad-on is small download size and is light on resources. Like Fire Fox your are able to customized it to your liking. It is also easy to use for anybody.
Cons: On rare occasions the current weather conditions is off a little bit ( Like it would say snow but look outside it is foggy and not snowing). This can very from area to area and depends on how often the weather info is updated in your location.

Version: ForecastFox 0.9.3.1
Pros: Good interface. Easy to setup.
Great if it acualy told the correct weather.
Cons: The forecasts are so incredably wrong...
For instance it says, -12 and Sun, when it is +3 and heavy rain...
(I've set it up to different cities around here and the result is the same. used it for 2 months.)
