From Salty Brine Software :This program allows you to compare and synchronize folders. You can use FolderMatch for directory management and organization between drives and computers. FolderMatch compares the contents of two folders and then synchronizes them. Folders may exist on floppy, hard, CD-ROM, Zip, or network drives (UNC paths are supported). Four comparison methods are available: Size and Date/Time, Contents, Cyclical Redundancy Checking, and Version Stamp. You can include or exclude filters to allow complete control of the files to be compared. Comparison results are shown with colorful icons.
The version 3.1.1 update allowed you to compare and synchronize subfolders. Two new comparison methods were also added: SHA-1 and GNU's Diff. New features includ the option to view file differences side by side, a mass file renamer, a date/time stamper, and new wizards. Also, you can now save results to file. This shareware version prompts you to register with nag screens. The cost to register is $35.
