Version: Floppy Image 2.3.2
"Works well, but only for standard disks"
Pros: The program is well presented, without overwhelming the user with too much detail. Certainly beats WinImage for basic image reading and writing.
Worked great with various normal disks I tried, which is probably what 99% of users will want it for.
Cons: The program is advertised as supporting copy-protected disks, but this support seems very limited. It appears to cover only basic missing sector tricks, and only on the normal list of supported disk sizes.
If you're looking to create images from more exotic disks, including non-PC formats, you'll have to stick with the more flexible DOS utilities for now.
