Version: Floppy Image 2.3.1
"Useful enough, but no license key provided"
Pros: Works well
Cons: My rating is zero stars.
They say you should receive your license key in two days. I did not, so I sent an email to the support address in the order acknowledgement email I had received.
Two days later I had still not received even an acknowledgement of that email.
It has now been EIGHT days, and I have received neither a license key, nor even an acknowledgement of my previous email.
I'm attempting to cancel my order now, and I will be placing the charge into dispute on my credit card.
