Version: Flash to Video Converter 1.23
"Not what you are looking for"
Pros: at least it converts SWF to AVI, it's free.
Cons: This free version only converts SWF to AVI(other video formats are supported in the paid version. Even when it successfully converts SWF files to AVI, the video quality became pixelly and the colours are washed out. The frame rate of the video was somehow broken down. You can virtually count the frames. So there is no point with this software, you convert SWF to aVI but the result will be so poor, that you would not want to use the video for any purposes.
