"Awesome utility. Quickly converted swf to avi."
Pros: Great conversion quality.
Easy to use.
Converts in real time.Cons: The audio recorder feature needs manipulation.

Pros: converted the video portion of the file perfectly
Cons: did not record any of the sound from the flash files. Totally ignored it
Summary: pretty much a waste of time. Not sure if the "Upgrade" was the problem or not. Am going to experiment with one of the older versions, though.

"works well for my intended use"
Pros: I had good luck with this, which surprised me considering the other reviews. Trial is limited, but allowed me to individually convert SWF files to AVI. Good interface - took me 5 sec to learn it and start converting. Hello Angry Alien on my iPod!
Cons: Trial has annoying reminder pop-ups, limited functionality. I can imagine running into problems converting different formats. DVD VideoSoft should help with that though.
Summary: I tried 4 different pieces of software to get SWFs converted to any video format. None of them worked sufficiently in their trial versions, and one didn't even recognize my SWF files. This has worked well for me so far and I'll continue using it.

Pros: There are absolutely no Pros about this software. Complete train wreck.
Cons: Does not find files on NTFS WinXP SP3, everything is blank.
Summary: Useless and a complete waist of time. Don't install.
