Version: Flash Demo Builder 1.2
Pros: It is easy to create tutorials and has some good editing cpabilities
Cons: It can be a bit restrictive at times as well as a tad unstable (for no apparent reason) on the odd occasion.
Can't transport slides from one presentation to another, which can be frustrating.
