You can also add special effects, like mosaic and posterization, and touch-up individual pixels. FlameOut reads most popular image formats, and stores the results in JPEG, TIFF, or BMP format.

Pros: removes pixels
Cons: also removes metadata
Summary: It does remove stuck pixels perfectly well. However, in resaving the file it strips off the EXIF information and other metadata, thus making it pretty much useless for digital photos. I guess you could use it to create a temporary file before prin... read more >>
