From Jon Gunderson :The Mozilla/Firefox Accessibility Extension makes it easier for people with a disability to view and navigate Web content. Developers can use the toolbar to check their structural markup to make sure it matches the page content. Version 1.2.0.10 includes several changes such as Style/High Contrast View automatically disables Author CSS and Tag Styling, Text Equivalents/List of Images, the Open Long Description button (ALT+L) is now functional, Navigation/Frames, the Open in new Window button (ALT+N) is now functional, and other improvements.
