Did you ever have a time, in which you could not remember where you put a file with an exact type of content? Sometimes you can't remember the name of file, but you do remember what was inside it. In such situation, you seek to Find utility of Windows, and try possible contents of file name. May be you find the file you are looking ofr, but it never becomes easy. FindEX ultimate file finder searches the contents of files as well as it searches the names of files. So you can type some part of what was inside the file, and regardless of you remember the file name or not, it just find out the file with content you have entered. This is a small but yet effective utility, which can be quite useful sometimes. It does not require an installation.
This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.

"great for finding text inside php and other source code files"
Pros: It is simple and it works. Microsoft had failed to find text in source files when I was looking for key words in text files. This product works great.
Cons: lacks advanced features.
