From MonkeyJob Systems :The FileMonkey file operations package automates common file management tasks. Main features include perform search and replace on multiple file contents, names or folder names using wildcards such as asterisk. Rename files or folders to match a sequence or crop names. Copy or move files. Split, join, or merge. Change attributes of directories. Convert file or directory names to uppercase, lowercase or propercase. Find keywords inside files using the local search engine. Encrypt and decrypt. Edit last accessed, created and modified date and time stamps.
Version 10.45 has added shell properties editor. Added duplicate file manager list and optionally copy/move/delete duplicate files. Added support for files larger than 2GB. List feature now can create tab delimited lists. Can now list total size of target files. Merge now spans sub folders. Added optional carriage return to TXT merge. Added up one folder tag to copy/move. Added substring tags to copy and rename features. Version 10.56 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

"Works OK, but not pretty, and a bit confusing."
Pros: It seems to be able to perform as claimed
Cons: The interface looks like one of the old DOS file managers, not really like a current style of Windows program. It takes some effort to figure out how to make it do what you want it to. 30-day trial period... but I uninstalled it the same day.
