From QueTek Consulting:File Scavenger is a Windows NT/2000/2003/XP file-undelete and data-recovery utility. Files accidentally deleted from Windows Explorer, the Recycle Bin, the DOS command line, or a network share can be recovered along with original folder names and the dates that files were created and modified. Reformatted volumes, broken spanned volumes, or broken hardware and software RAID volumes also can be recovered. Digital photos on most media can be recovered.

Summary: I had heard of this tool in positive terms; when I tried it on my second hard disk, it wouldn't even recognize the disk. I would recommend Restore2000.

Summary: it appears as though this program does find lots of files, but if the folder the file was in has been deleted it does not seem to find the deleted folder of the files inside of it
