Version: File Renamer Deluxe 2.4
Pros: I think this product is so cheap for how good it is. And their support is very responsive. I can undo a rename, add systematic prefixes and suffixes, as well as find and replace and subjective tagging. I have used this to trim characters from the beginning of files or the middle. You can change extensions and more. I use this all the time, and I can say that it has saved me hours if not days! If you do massive file management, this price is a bargain and this tool is a necessity!!!!!
Cons: I would love it if you could load a text file with the file path, exisiting name, and then the custom name to change it to, but that is not available. I will say that support actually talked to me on the phone and said they have had this request and are working on it. So, is this a con? hmmm. Room for improvement I call it.
