Publisher's description
From Matex Data HB :File Chopper splits big files into smaller files (for example, sizes suitable for diskettes). This program requires no unzipping, no installation, and no DLLs. It can be run from a disk, and it also creates a self-restoring file that can be run from a DOS batch file. It is fully FAT32-compatible, so it may split files of any size up to 2TB. File Chopper is controlled by switches on the command line, which lets it you automate file dissections. Version 3.0 has many new features. This shareware version costs $12.
