Publisher's description
From Matex Data HB :File Chopper splits big files into smaller files of arbitrary sizes (for example, sizes suitable for diskettes). This program requires no unzipping, no installation, and no DLLs. It can be run from a disk, and it also creates a self-restoring file that can be run from DOS (batch file). Version 2.2 is fully FAT32 compatible, so files of any size up to 2TB may be split. It is also controlled by switches on the command line, making it possible to automate file dissections.
Restrict user's ability to run or install any executable program.
