From Matex Data HB :File Chopper splits big files into smaller files of arbitrary sizes (for example, sizes suitable for diskettes). This program requires no unzipping, no installation, and no DLLs. It can be run from disk and also creates a self-restoring file that can be run from DOS (batch file). Online help is available.
