FemDays is a menstrual pocket calendar for the Palm system. It features an easy-to-use interface which resembles the built-in Palm calendar program. Two powerful graphic functions, statistical data, password function and even Excel spreadsheet support are only the most important of the many features FemDays offers you.
FemDays allows you to store your most important observations, e.g. bleeding, cramps and basal body temperature. Of course, you can also save notes.
FemDays is very easy to use. If you want to enter some data for a certain day simply tap on it. Check the necessary boxes according to your observations and makes some notes as you like. To review or change the entries for a certain day proceed as above.
What's new in this version:
- Track your PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome). It is symbolized by a dotted line on top of a day box
- You can now restart the statistical calculations after pregnancy or untracked cycles. Go to the month which the statistics should be based on. Select "Reset Statistics" from the menu
