Pros: I bought the software and while it ran it worked fine, but what was sold was a time limited version and then no support. Software now no longer works.
Cons: Took my money and left me with a product that doesn't work.
Summary: Rip off. I want my money refunded.

"Bought product, never worked, no response from support"
Pros: Works until free period runs out.
Cons: No support, no response. Stay away from this company and their products.
Summary: I downloaded the free trial and it worked like a charm, so I decided to buy a license on March 23, 2009. I bought a license and I received the product key, which did not work. I tried to contact support, sales and marketing, sending each 4 or 5 e-... read more >>

Pros: Software appeared to do what I wanted but I could not get it to work.
Cons: Attempted to contact support multiple times, also forum is almost empty I don't have weeks to wait for a response. Very disappointed. Switched to a competing product that has active forum and great support.
Summary: Had problems with software and was really disappointed in support. I think its a hobby not a real company.
