Excluding any other features, this small and simple application makes it easy to swap the letter casing of your file and folder names. Accessible through the properties window, Febooti FileTweak Case expands the Windows property page with a case tab. The program lets you change the current cases of multiple files at once to upper, lower, sentence, random, and a few others. A sample box previews the new names before opting to go through with the change. We like that the program provides an option to change file extensions as well. You'll appreciate that changes are applicable to subfolders. On the flip side, you can exclude system files from modifications. Since this program offers no other features, you'll need to track down a stouter program to cover any other file-management issues. As a standalone, it's rather shabby, but Febooti FileTweak Case makes an excellent addition to your file management-tools collection.
