From Febooti Software :

Change file or folder date, time (timestamp) and attributes. It expands Windows property tabs to display additional file properties. It can view file and folder content (copy file list to clipboard), view file and directory description. It is easy to use and has an ability to manage Creation date, Modified date and Last Accessed date. Supports Archive, Hidden, System, Temporary, Offline, Not content indexed, Encrypted, Compressed, Reparse point and Sparse file. febooti fileTweak works on Microsoft Windows (95/98/Me/NT/2000/2003/XP/Longhorn).

What's new in this version:

Added module febooti Live Update. It checks for newer versions automatically. Allows choice of download, update online, download and save update to disk, etc.
Changed error handling algorithms - displays list of failed files / folders instead of retry, ignore.
The installer is now improved with new start menu items and new better installing algorithm.
Bug fixes.

Version: Febooti FileTweak 1.3

"Nice tool. Life saver for all those pictures with wrong dates on them."

Pros: Lets you grab a bunch of files at once and process them simultaneously. If you are one of those who (like me) forget to change the date on your digital photo camera, this tool will save you a lot of headaches.
