Limits converted song to 2 mins so the conversion is incomplete and useless!

I bought some music on Itunes. I wanted to convert m4p into a different file format and couldn't with trial version. I wouldn't pay for this program unless I knew it was going to work. With in the program I tried selecting files to convert but only mp3 and other formats were visible. The program didn't recognize m4p files. Maybe someone can post if this program works for this purpose.

creates a file 16 kb big which contains nothing. Sure it's fast, but I was expecting it would actually do what it says it will do.

The informational panel above is incorrect. This software DOES have software limitations. 50% of the song will be converted. Thus, it's useless to try because you don't get anything productive out of it.
