"new version still works great"
Version: Family Cyber Alert 5.03
Pros
Have been using it for nearly a year. Love it. Just upgraded to the new version. works well and more stealth. I like the time control and hide feature. I can decide when to shut down the computer. I can also completely hide the recorded data. I strongly recommend it. BTW, support is great!
Cons

"Works OK, company hard to deal with"
Version: Family Cyber Alert 5.03
Pros
Will monitor what it claims, once it is set up.
Cons
A little clunky on the interface, email took a while to get working right, a little slow on Firefox with a couple tabs open. The worst thing was dealing with the company. I bought the program in 2.5 years ago, and a hard drive failure made me reinstall the program. The company said my program is toast and I need to spend 30 bucks for the new version. I would get the CDROM and shut off autoupdates if you buy anything from these guys.
Summary
Not the slickest looking program, seems to work well once it is set up, customer service and support are lacking, which makes me look elsewhere in this category.
