Express Talk is designed to be very easy and intuitive to use. Within minutes you will be able to setup the software and start making phone calls. "License is not as represented"
Pros: The software is easy to use and configure.
Cons: This "Free" program expires after a period of time and demands it be registered. For which a fee is charged.
Summary: Not worth downloading unless you plan to buy the software.
