    "Who needs this software?"

    Version: Excel Import CSV Files into MS Excel 9

    Pros

    It does exactly what it says -- imports CSV files into Excel -- nothing more.

    Cons

    It does absolutely nothing that Excel doesn't do itself in importing CSV files. To make matters worse, it demands your email address before letting you shut it down.

    Summary

    If this software serves an actual function, I can't see what it is.
