What's new in this version: This is yet another (hopefully the last) maintenance release to 2.1. After moving from .zip to .bin, we noticed there were still problems because we stuffed the archive on Mac OS X, and it didn't unstuff properly in OS 9. The new .bin was stuffed in OS 9, and works properly now. I also updated the instructions to reflect the new version 2.1.
