Command line options have generally required features and work properly.
Software is easy to use.Cons
EncryptPDF's own copy protection scheme is terrible. We purchased 1 and then, separately, 3 additional licenses, but ended up with only two successful activiations in spite of considerable wasted time and effort. We finally gave up.

EncryptPDF's own copy protection scheme is terrible. We purchased 1 and then, separately, 3 additional licenses, but ended up with only two successful activiations in spite of considerable wasted time and effort. We finally gave up.
EncryptPDF becomes quite expensive if you need multiple copies of the software.
256-bit encryption is not supported.
My recommendation is to use BlackboxPDF. A .NET version is available that is easily encorporated in a VB program, it supports 256-bit encryption, is easy to use and has a sensibly designed copy protection scheme.
