Version: Empire XP 5.3
Pros: Well I guess that it works.
Cons: In general, what I don't understand is why everybody wishes to produce a computerised copy of the dumbest version of Risk. It's been done to death. And this isn't one of the best ones. Computer to computer play is poor (appears to attempt to make up for poor IQ) and dice has a strong tendancy to destroy your large army in a important battle. It may be only $10 to buy the full version however I can't see anything that justifies even that.
