With state-of-the-art graphics and extensive multiplayer options, this real-time, empire-building strategy game is a significant improvement over its predecessor. Empire Earth II's action is familiar: collect resources, grow populations, and overwhelm your opponents with the strength of your superior weapons. We found three main improvements over Empire Earth I. First, manager controls are far more detailed. You can, with just a click, gather idle peasants and send them on a specific task. Second, visual control over the empire is far more advanced. You can set up to six cameras at different points in the empire to monitor enemy activity. Finally, attack coordination has been simplified. By placing arrows during an attack, you can better guide allied troops. Empire Earth II is breathtakingly realistic, with great weather and battle effects. We were especially impressed with the nine multiplayer modes. Overall, strategy buffs and fans of the earlier Empire Earth I will no doubt be eager to try their skills with Empire Earth II.Publisher's description
From Vivendi Universal Games :From the series that reinvented historical real-time strategy comes an evolution of epic proportions. Diplomacy. War. Invention. Expansion. Build, divide and conquer the world, making your mark on history once again. In Empire Earth II you'll experience the entire span of human history through 15 unique periods of history called epochs. As time passes, civilizations become more advanced. Epochs represent the changes in civilization over time. As you advance through the epochs, new and improved units and structures become available.
This is the official demo for the epic RTS game Empire Earth II. Choose to play either the Americans, Germans, or Koreans in a skirmish spanning across three of the game's fifteen epochs. This single-player demo offers both Conquest and Territory Control game modes.

Version: Empire Earth II 1
Pros: liked the crown system also the tech tree, war plans, and citizen manager
Cons: WARNING: THIS GAME IS EXTREAMLY HARD, even on the easiest setting i found it very hard to win. the only part they allow you to play in the demo is the same map on skirmish mode. I would NOT recremmend this, i would recremmend AOE 3 its much better
