Since version 4.0 Eltima SWF Movie Player for Mac has changed its name to Elmedia Player and expanded its features list.

Version: Eltima SWF Movie Player 2
Pros
I found it hard to find a flash/swf player for mac, and eltima offered more than I expected.
Being able to pause the video and move through it frame-by-frame is a cool feature I used to get stills from my flash videos.
Cons
Still playin around with it, but i'll update this when i come across flaws/cons
