From Black Cat Systems:

Elmer creates sample tests to help you prepare for your ham radio written examination. It contains all FCC question pools for each of the five written exams: Novice, Technician, General, Advanced, & Extra. Elmer will grade your sample test, showing you which questions were answered incorrectly. It will also indicate if you passed the exam. In the unregistered version, Elmer will have access to only half of the question pool for each exam. Registering will unlock the rest of the question pool.

What's new in this version: Bug fix - Some answers were not displayed in their entirety.
