Ellipse WinCGI will operate in any environment that supports OLE (Visual Basic, Delphi, C++, etc), on any version of Microsoft Windows, via any web server that supports WinCGI, such as Sambar, OmniHTTPd, WebSite/WebSite Pro, Netscape Enterprise Server, and Microsoft IIS 4.0.
