You can open as many files at a time as you want, with no arbitrary file size limit and no arbitrary line length limit. You change between the open files by clicking on their tabs. Save time with the Search and replace that can work across all open files and fully supports Perl 5 compatible regular expressions. Reduce frustration with the unlimited undo and redo, which can undo changes even after you saved them. You can edit source code conveniently with the many built-in coloring schemes, or other people's custom schemes that you can download, or the ones you created. Work with rectangular block selections. Run external applications or scripts, and have EditPad send them your files and/or capture their output. Compare files with the visual diff tool. Edit binary files in hexadecimal mode.
