From Echogent Systems :EchoVNC is a secure, remote-support tool based on VNC. With it, a Windows PC or OSX Mac can be remotely accessed regardless of firewall, router or web-proxy configuration. In this 2.30 release, EchoVNC can also assist with making firewall-friendly connections for other VNC platforms, as well as Remote Desktop and RAdmin services as well.
Version 2.30 includes a highly improved GUI and adds support for Remote Desktop and RAdmin servers and viewers.
