From WenSoftware :Make your life easier with this full-featured, easy-to-use recipe database, meal planning, and shopping management program. Recipes are organized as folders by their categories, and main ingredients and cuisine styles are arranged in a Windows Explorer-style interface. Ingredients in your recipes can be linked to the USDA nutrition database, and the program calculates nutritional values automatically. When making a shopping list of your meal plan or selected recipes, the program condenses the total amount of each ingredient and imports cost information from the ingredient database. Other features include import and export functionality, Meal-Master and MasterCook recipes, the ability to e-mail recipes, search-and-replace features, SQL support.

Version: Easy Recipe Deluxe 1.5.1
Pros: Very nice program. Looks to me (not a techy) to be the original from which Living Cookbook came from. (ERD is older). Almost identical but has a few extra features such as the much needed copy to clipboad. In a cookbook you can easily jump to a recipe by selecting the first letter in the recipe name from a bar above the list. Also clearly shows what cookbook you are currently using and how many recipes are in that book. Easy to use. I feel it is easier to use than Living Cookbook.
Cons: Trial version is some what limited.

"Great for diabtics and health conscious cooks. EASY to use"
Summary: This has the FDA list of food values for 1000's of items. Calories, carbs, fiber, sodium, fat, more. You can manually add items that are not already on the list. You can print out recipes with all that info right on them. This makes managing diet an... read more >>
