Publisher's description of Easy DVD Shrink 3.0.21

Easy DVD Shrink is a DVD copying software to get backups of your favorite movies on DVD or hard drive with just a few clicks. Format supported: DVD to DVD, DVD to hard drive, hard drive to DVD, hard drive to hard drive, and burn existing DVD files to recordable DVD-R disc directly. The shrinking engine can fit any DVD video (up to 9.4GB) on to your DVD disc (4.7GB single layer or 8.5GB dual layer) with no loss of content or quality. It preserves all existing DVD contents including menus, trailers, previews, subtitles, full spectrum stereo, and 5.1 surround with DTS or Dolby Digital. This product also provides a preview function, which will display video preview (thumbnails) while backing up your movie. You can adjust the target sizes of your DVD duplicate. It supports a broad range of DVD-R/RW and DVD+R/RW (including double layer) burners.

Version 3.0.21 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

  "a good program, but dvd shrink is easier"

  Pros: it's a good program. stores dvd's on hard drive

  Cons: there's no need to pay the fourty bucks for this program. you could just get dvd shrink, which is a lot better, it doesn't cost anything

  "Use superior freeware "DVD shrink" not this crap"

  Cons: Want somthing better? You need just google it for links to download DVD shrink. Far better *free* software than this shareware junk.

  "Use the Original"

  Pros: Probably does job pretty well once purchased

  Cons: Costs money for full version: Use the ORIGINAL free "dvd shrink" --search google--it's free and works with Nero
