Pros: Very easy to use and it works well. A great value for the price. I enjoy using it.

Cons: Tried converting one M4V file and then a MOV file. Both times, the software skidded into a tree (speaking metaphorically). The software author needs to check his/her spelling, too. It's spelled "benefits" not "benifits".
