This DVD copier doesn't do much, but what it does, it does pretty well. Like similar programs, Easy DVD Clone copies 9GB movies by compressing them onto one 5GB DVD or splitting them onto two. It also lets you preserve space on the destination DVD by ditching extras such as bonus features and subtitles.
If you have a dual-layer drive, you can copy the entire DVD without compressing the content or leaving anything out. In our tests, Easy DVD Clone performed well and generally lived up to its name. The homely but straightforward interface shouldn't give beginners trouble, and generally nothing interferes with the program's ease of use.
The flip side of simplicity, of course, is a lack of features. We also thought the trial version's three-copy, seven-day demo was a bit stingy. However, considering the program's basic functionality, you should have enough time to evaluate its performance. All in all, Easy DVD Clone makes a good choice for people who want a simple, hassle-free DVD-backup program.

"Support After Sale -BAD! Will not respond to emails!"

The key they give you is only good for 10 days.
Summary
Cannot get a another key from them after this. I had to re-install my system and can not longer use it. Tried 3 times to get a new key and they do not respond. I will not spend money on this again. They take your money and run. I will find someone else that works with you after the sale.

I have send email to tech support for the problems..it was quite good when I bought it at the beginning I was very impressed but month later it starts playing up..sent email to tech support but solutions didn't help..then I still use it..but it doesn't close the burning process anymore...it will leave computer on a hanging position...this is just terrible...

"Trial edition" gives "3 clones". I couldn't get one.
"Burn failed" before it ever prompted to insert DVD for write. Down to 2 out of 3.
Went back through "options" -- tried again, same result except 1 out of 3.
The "copy" window was so slow coming up that on the second try I apparently got 2 open. It's not smart enough to know it's alreaday running. When the tray told me 2 were running I was able to abort the extra.
It spent so much time prompting me to "Order Now" that it refused to actually try to burn one. It's gone into the trash pile with Nero. -

Worthless. Never received my refund eventhough it says 30 day money back guarantee. They are screwing me over and there is nothing I can do about it. There is no other way to get ahold of them. I would imagine this obvious incompentent, that basicallly is robbing me is run overseas so there is nothing I can do about it. I will never use Cnets rating as the sign of a good product again. You owe me $70 Cnet, because it is evident that DVDClone will not be paying me.

"Makes poor copy"

I don't like the program.

Using other software I copied a video movie to DVD. It produced a perfect copy. Using the copy DVD I cloned it using this software. The cloned DVD was poor. the entire movie was there but there were many short breaks ie missing seconds.
Summary
I did not get 30 days free use, only 7 I will be uninstalling this software.
