Version: East-Tec Eraser 2006 7.2
Pros: I have used the product for several years and have been very happy with the results. Everytime I have had a problem, customer support has always helped me within a day. As a customer, I appreciate the way they handle problems.

"Here, you're problems are being taken seriously"
Pros: Because of a flaw in a file recovery program from another company, I was led to believe that I had been unable to completely erase a number of unwanted files on my PC.
In a matter of days the East Technologies team created a software tool especially conceived to solve just my specific problem. In short: A support effort second to none!
The program itself is easy to use and keeps its promises.
