"No limitations my rear!"
Version: EZ Ringtone 1.8.6
Pros
Supports changing MP3s and WAVS to various formats. Ok layout, a bit confusing at first. You can open a song and click/select only the part you want to make as a ringtone. BUT...
Cons
When I finally got the part of the song I wanted and tried to save it as an MP3, a popup came up and told me that I needed to buy a license and that it would only convert the first 5 seconds of my selection. Lame.
Summary
An okay program but I've seen better. It wouldn't let me open a mono WAV file or a regular ol' MP3 (it called it an "invalid" MP3) sometimes. Try it if you want 5 second ringtones.
