From Expedient Viewing Technologies :The EVTView is a fast viewer and an exploration tool intended for professionals who work with the GDSII/GDS2 and GERBER files. It allows you to view, print, and investigate the layouts stored in both file formats. You can export the data from the GDSII/GDS2 and GERBER files into the DXF files. Also you can export the data from the DXF and GERBER files into the GDSII files. Both GERBER file formats, i.e. RS-274D and RS-274X with embedded aperture information, are supported. The support for the DXF file format is implemented to enable the best possible data exchange between the GDSII and DXF files and between the GERBER and DXF files.
Version 2.2.21.37 includes a few minor fixes.
