Combing end-user license agreements (EULAs) can be a tedious process, but skipping them altogether is downright dangerous. Enter EULAlyzer, which quickly scans any EULA you toss at it and flags words, statements, and phrases worthy of user attention. The program's clean interface features plenty of explanatory text, though we'd still like to see an in-depth help file included. The Analyze menu item is where you'll do most of your work, either by pasting a EULA into the blank box or dragging the plus-sign icon over a license agreement in another window. (If you need to scan an online EULA, you'll have to use the former method.) Much like antispyware programs do, EULAlyzer flags suspicious wording on a scale of 1 to 10 based on how crucial the disclosed information can be to your security. When testing the program with an application full of adware, it demonstrated good performance, flagging all text pertaining to advertising and bundling, as well as listing the names and URLs of the bundled software. Although this demo disables a couple of advanced features, it will keep statistics on the EULAs it has analyzed and save scanned entries. Though we'd still recommend that frequent downloaders manually peruse EULAs, we think this handy little item makes a quality pickup for anyone concerned with their privacy.Publisher's description

Version: EULAlyzer 1.1
"Hello Why didn't I write this program, Works Wonders"
Pros: This program has some great features if your and EULA novice, it can detect possible pop-ups or even other info inside the EULA's.
Cons: Seems that it does not work in all programs for some reason when analyzing. I tested 4 different install EULA's and only found 3 of them working at 100%. It missed some keywords that concerned me in the other, but its far better than any I've seen for EULA's

Version: EULAlyzer 1.1
Pros: It's free for non-commercial uses.
Cons: It says that it's a trial when it's not a trial!
Saying that it's a trial is incorrect. I just checked JavaCool's web site.

"Finds suspicious text with no time at all"
Pros: This is a great product that searches EULA's that come up before you instal a program. Well this program analyzes the EULA and picks out suspicious text in it, letting you know if there is anything you don't want to agree to. It also has a very fast scan, I've never seen aynthing this fast, not even my high-speed interent.
Recommended for any program downloader.
Cons: Nothing at all.

Version: EULAlyzer 1.1
Pros: Eulalyzer is a great addition to your security arsenal. It installs quickly. It has an easy to use interface and fully customizable features. It scans scans EULAs and flags interesting phrases and tells you if the program is suspicious. You can send EULAs to Javacools company for testing but this is completly optional. It doesn't run in background so it doesn't use any memory. It's manual updates are completly free even after the trial.
Cons: Don't buy this program because after 19 days it still works and has all the essential features and becomes a Free edition software. But no automatic updates.

"A ~MUST HAVE~ for all download junkies"
Pros: Considering that license agreements are not only what the publisher will let you do with their program BUT ALSO what you agree to let them do with your computer, this can be a life saver. This program scans license agreements for "interesting" words and phrases that you should read so that you know what you are really getting into before you click "I agree".
