Negligible use of system resources. Effective product (catches more viruses than other software I've used). Easy to set up.
Cons
I have had some problems with compiling various .Net programs on some of my machines. Nothing major, but it can be an annoyance to have to turn it off and on every time I want to compile.
Summary
After countless issues with other anti-virus software, Eset was a god-send. Not a resource hog like many AV suites, it take care of my computers quietly and effectively

Every time i try updating, it says the update is current. So i'm not sure what's the exact issue. More over its not a free ware.
Summary
Well i was looking for some thing that does not compromise with the sysetm performance and i guess this one does the job very well. Its very effective in detecting viruses.It also has the capacity to penetrate into the anals of your hard drive and detect viruses. So i would say its perfect.In short, you can really rely on this product and let it do its job. I would surely recommend anyone to go for it .

As everyone has said Nod32 is extremely light on CPU resource. Decent scanning speed and very friendly interface.

Nod32 is extremely light on resources which was my major compaint about other AV softwares I've used in the past. I've tried just about every AV software under the sun and they were all resource hogs.With Nod32 your computer is NOT slowed down and you don't even notice that it's installed on your computer. But you can rest assured that your computer is protected from the nasties.If you want peace of mind get Nod32, you won't regret it!!!
