"Good for simple recovery - Not what we were looking for"
Pros: Easy to use,
condition of file to "rescue" made it simple to decideCons: Could not find a number of files we were looking for.

"It did everything it was supposed to."
Pros: I got prompt replys from their support before I bought. Seemed very honest response to a question about their PTD software. They gave an unsolicited $10 discount on their Data Recovery Wizard Professional 4.3.6 software.
Cons: A little lengthy time (about 12+ hours) to scan the 40 gb HDD, then another longer period (about 17 hours) to copy the files.
