"very useful and easy to use"

Pros: easy to use, step - by- step intructions are there for a novice.

Cons: doesn't convert videos longer than 5 minutes.

Version: E-Zsoft iPod Video Converter 5.0.16

"I wasted my money"

Cons: It doesn't work on most movies. I have been in contact with customer service multiple times and they haven't bothered to fix it. I purchased the pro version and I still get an error of "too many samples".
I have been really frustrated with it and feel I wasted my money.
