The process of backing up and restoring numerous drivers is fairly simple with this application. Generally, we like to see a setup wizard for easy configuration, but this one isn't any different from its manual configuration. On the other hand, Driver Genius Professional only has a few features so its straightforward interface is easy to use. With it, you can backup, restore, and uninstall drivers. The program's functions are available in six languages for managing your currently installed device drivers and available updates, although you can't download drivers in this version. You can opt to store your backup folder as a ZIP or EXE; however, we discovered that restoration is limited to video and network cards in the trial version. Nevertheless, anyone looking to backup all or parts of their system should give this 15-day trial utility a try.Publisher's description

"To Update 2007 CD program, must repurchase program"
Pros: I enjoy the ability of determining just which drivers are 'out-of-date', and having them update so thoroughly!
Cons: It took three attempts to do a thorough search and download to be successful, but was well worth the effort!
Summary: It was confusing as to where to direct the downloads, but after directing to slave drive, all Updated and installed easily!

"Don't have a key, I can't tell if it works or not."
Pros: Appears to find many drivers out of date. So do some bogus virus programs/
Cons: Can't tel if it does anything.
