The process of backing up and restoring numerous drivers is fairly simple with this application. Generally, we like to see a setup wizard for easy configuration, but this one isn't any different from its manual configuration. On the other hand, Driver Genius Professional only has a few features so its straightforward interface is easy to use. With it, you can backup, restore, and uninstall drivers. The program's functions are available in six languages for managing your currently installed device drivers and available updates, although you can't download drivers in this version. You can opt to store your backup folder as a ZIP or EXE; however, we discovered that restoration is limited to video and network cards in the trial version. Nevertheless, anyone looking to backup all or parts of their system should give this 15-day trial utility a try.Publisher's description

Pros: At least it told me I have outdated drivers.
Cons: I can't install the drivers under the free edition, so it's not even free to try because I'm not able to try what it's meant to do. I still have to manually search for the drivers I need. Oh well, waste of time and bandwidth.

Pros: I always help my friends reformat PC. However they don't have provide me their PC's driver. The only software I can use is Driver Genius Professional. I like this software very much. Without this software, I can't backup their PC's drivers before I plan to reformat their PC.
Cons: Nothing I dislike.

Pros: easy to install and run. Slowly scanned my pc and let me know the drivers that needed to be updated, downloaded them, SLOWLY, and walked me through the install process
Cons: SLOW, quite slow. Not all of the drivers seemed to install, but the ones that did helped to speed up my pc.
Summary: Overall worth the time that it saved me trying to trace down the drivers myself. Speed; 3 out of 10. Ease; 7 out of 10. It is nice that it asks to back up old drivers before updating, nice little failsafe
