"nice for backup, reinstall, restore of drivers, less for updates"
Pros: it's a cool product for backup/re-install the OS and restore. Driver updates often useful.
Cons: sometimes updates drivers in the wrong language: I got the Chinese version of HP-printer driver!
it does not test/identify new hardware as far as I can tell.

"Try as i may, i could not get this to work."
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: After running the program i was informed that a number of drivers were outdated. I downloaded the new drivers and ran the program again and guess what the drivers are still out of date.I tried yet again and was given the same results.
