From Digital Millenium :This program is a package of five utilities. The first updates and optimizes the Windows GUI (graphical user interface) and Win32 Matrix Core Settings to make Windows run faster. The second fine tunes various Internet settings to make Internet connections faster and to increase modem-dialing speed. The third utility speeds up the Windows Start menu and pop-up menus by as much as four times. It also adds a DOS Mode extension to every folder in the Windows right-click pop-up menu, so that the change directory (cd) command is no longer required. The fourth utility is a RAM magnifier that increases the system RAM by 3MB to 21MB, depending upon the amount of physical RAM available, by loading a Virtual Device driver that simulates memory and compresses the E000, EFFF, EBFF, and E7FF regions of RAM. It also speeds Windows caching by optimizing and cleaning the swap file and disk space. Finally, another utility is designed to give Windows added security and antihacking features. In this version, the interface has been improved.
